Dislikes

Less growth as many employees are in lower management even after spending 10+ years in the company. Less support department employees head count to coordinate with big number of employees pool.

We have our own comfort while working here because there is no work pressure but we have to develop skills our own. But without any doubt I can proudly say the long stint of 9.5 years with Muthoot has sobered in motivation and enlightened my career knowledge.

Dislikes

Low salary, no hike, no encouraging co-workers, Managers always gaining benefit of their own by taking advantage of work done by subordinates.

Likes

Done lots of travel in North Kerala. There is a Muthoot Fincorp branch in every nook and corner of Kerala

Dislikes

Roles and responsibilities did not change even after promotion and there was no significant hike in salary as well

Likes

It's most convenient working time and travel distance for especially women. Hence I personally feel security in this job.

Dislikes

CSE are getting lower salary. I would like to increase their salary and promotions.

I appreciate my company for its punctuality in maintaining work schedules, the competitive salary it offers, and the supportive and positive working environment

I dislike the frequent server issues and delays in processing claims, which impact efficiency and workflow
