Please don't join if you want career growth or decent salary. No increment given to employees from last 2 years. Salary given is also very less as compared to other company's in same field. No compensation given as the job is very risky.

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.
