Muthoot is one of the leading NBFC of its kind providing good salary, good working condition, good career growth. The most attracting thing is, the Company Posting the employees mostly in their home towns, ie employees can be with their family.

Dislikes

Not Sufficient earning and career growth is there. Company is mainly dealing in Gold Loan, and we can't use our Subject Knowledge effectivey.

...ce in Muthoot finance. They provide travel and DA facility and also Guest house. Salary is good.

Travelling because nearly 4500 branches in all around in India. And also 56 branches in my place, so everyday travel to different branches that is difficult

1- Very low salary , 2- Hypocrite attitude of senior level employees 3- HR is a comedy , even if you are resigning also they not even call you to understand the issue there is no exit interview at all. They started working after 5:30 PM only to show the management that we are working more hours , till 5 PM they are enjoying by distributing snaks going out etc ... 4- HR give promotion just for the sake and send you to another location by giving only 2K salary hike. while your expenses jumped to 10k and responsibility also , finally your promotion got waste. People fear to take promotions here. 5 -very bad family insurance , only 1 lakh and there is no parent insurance option.
