1. Security issues (unnecessary burden on employee) 2. It is like a high security jail 3. Unnecessary sales burden 4. Focus day ( no decreased roi no high per gram rate then it is illogical) 5. Sunday/night visit ( it should be the job done by security guard) 6. A number of products to sale with daily basis target (nobody can achieve all in a day) 7. Anybody unknown or new joinee in corporate or regional office can call you, threatened you,harrased you to complete his task on given time . 8. High rate of interest, difficult to add new customer comparing other banks and NBFC's 9. Muthoot most rust thing it's penalties ( a normal customer pays a lot extra RBI is still watching this fraud.

Nothing in this company is good, company is very unorganised. Employment and Promotions is very pathetic situation mainly every decision based on Kerala centric employees. Kerala employees joined very good position and other states employees are very neglected by management it self.

...after several attempts whereas most likely employees of management got promoted. Salary Hike is very pathetic situation ,An employees dies by salary he/she gets. Supervisor behaviour is very rude to employees.Alway attempt to terminate the employment .

Salary is not as per expectation compared to other competitors companies.

Good environment for female staff, transfer staff within 25km,salary hike every year , free health insurance for staff and family, transparent policies ,

Dislikes

Long hours timing which creates difficulty to manage personal life, staff have to visit to on Sunday and holidays which is not much beneficial for company but disturb staff's personal routine for holidays

Just job secure parameter is the option other not very good much in workplace

I don't like working because company is not thinks about employee life and perks.give very low salary as per competitors work timing is 9 hours I think it is not good
