Nothing in this company is good, company is very unorganised. Employment and Promotions is very pathetic situation mainly every decision based on Kerala centric employees. Kerala employees joined very good position and other states employees are very neglected by management it self.
...after several attempts whereas most likely employees of management got promoted. Salary Hike is very pathetic situation ,An employees dies by salary he/she gets. Supervisor behaviour is very rude to employees.Alway attempt to terminate the employment
