They do more work in less salary. Work time is too much. In that too, sometimes they stop for more time and work. They work on Sundays as well. Salary does not increase even after working for 8 years. Older employees give more pressure and harass them

We are in this area where very goods price are very high and no one leave in smal salary package. But Muthoot provide non respective salary in month basis and that was not better

Dislikes

Only support and parcelty with North Indian and south Indian this the biggest think which recommend you for non working culture.. And there is only support karla people and only advantage for them only.... No matter of talent or good or right only just support kerla people........

no bonding of collegues of same branches, some seniors employees harrass junior employees & backstabs them.

It's not good platform to start unless you have no choice. It's actually only sales, risks are very high, so is responsibility but the compensation is very poor. Single mistake can cause you lakhs of penalty. So be very careful

No growth, Poor salary, no learning and innovation.

salary hike and Career growth is nominal.. work culture and work life balance is best

Increment of salary and Incentives payout is only for seniors and RO employees, branch level employee only get the nominal amount
