trainer of trainee ,ceritified from NIESBUD.Take classes over 17 center of Pmkvy.Such a good experience office management,Management skill and techinical analyst,and i have trained over 800 trainee under Pmkvy under the ministry of skill development affiliated with NSDC under the NOS of Skill India Project.

1.Number of employee is less and working experience load is too high. 2.Salary don't be time but employee is stand for the company any time and any where to maintain the decorum of the organisation. 3.And the last i think i can get much better on the basic of knowledge and degree and i have a dream when i am young for social working and get the experience from there

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
