Likes

It is the best company I've worked for. Company culture, management support etc. are at the best. No or almost no office politics which is the best thing about this company. For me what I liked most is it location. It is kind of small island which looks great place to work through out the year (except May to August 😉 it's Hot around 45 degrees).

To be Frank there's nothing to be complained. Almost everything is great (if you're not a big city lover.). No family accommodation.

Dislikes

Duty time is 12 hr without overtime . But after 12 hr of working get OT. Inside sea no market near. Only Friday holiday can go market by boat.

So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
