Worst organization in murugappa group. Worst culture. If you are a ex Nalco company you will be selected even you do not have qualification HR will place you in a top designation. Other employees treated as slave. Nalco Chemical engineer will lead the production in murugappa. Nalco store keeper will lead the project in Murugappa. Project ordered will get easily if client is ready to accept meeting in Bar Pup etc. CEO of the company will drink with office boy and gather information about employees. In a year minimum 40 employees resign due to disrespectful treatment of HR and CEO. If you don't want to prove your skills, develop, accept the disrespect etc, you can join. You can see the Worst people's and their behavior in this Company only. Best Employee of the year will get 2 percent hike, Friend of CEO and HR will get 15 percent hike. They will ask you to approve illegal contracts if you are in that position. If not you will be sacked soon. If you accept bribe from vendors contractors and give it to CEO then you will be given best hike.
