Severe technical competency issues. And disparity/favouritism in designations and salaries, HR policies are of 1990's trends, nothing is fact based. Nothing is industry standard. Only band 1 get the benefits below that are treated like labour
No work life balance, employees are looked as criminals if they leave at EOD, avg working hrs is 10 to 12 hrs leave only at 8:30pm from 9:30am nothing like weekends.
