1. The products which we work in the company is very excellent. 2. Comfortable travelling and Accomodation in case of outstation. 3. Yearly 2 times bonus system. 4. Company expect young people to stay for ever. 5. Company will listen to their employees personal and official issues. 6. Very good company in terms of customer satisfaction in Technical service team.

Dislikes

1. Worst Work/Life balance. 2. Worst salary system. 3. Even though it is a top company in service field, but employee can't feel that they working in a top service company. Because of the work and it's outcome. 4. Mistreatment of the employee. 5. Level of growth is very poor due to lack of knowledge about the products and education. 6. No supportive staff to care about the internal management problems. 7. Revenue oriented company but the distribution is s very worst. 8. Myself one of the top source for the company's income, I can feel it is not spend wisely. Lots of unnecessary spending. 9. In terms of reporting, it is always not a one time report. Everyone has to do both manual and portal report. Result a poor employee work life balance. 10.
