Management very bad, Politics every time on high, System very poor, SAP vs Physical difference very high, Invoice not enter timely ( Aprx 70 invoices pending for Gate entry & GRN daily basis) Material issue without reservation Supporting team nothing

Salary on Time, Company Objective about to employee is good, Tea and Coffee grate, HR Mam so familiar, VP, CTO and director so kind , all most good environment and cultural

Strict Time 9 to 6 pm and 6 days working is too much

Good team work environment, good career growth, best part of company is timely apraisel and salary on time in my six years job never apraisel and salary late. Workin environment also good. No need working morevthen ur working hours

Only one thing i dislike is that no conveyence during shifts conveyence only for gernel shift

...vironment and culture.Teammates are supposed and the management is transparent . Company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In munjal auto nothing is proper no proper food., no salary on time employees are treated as donkeys and HR department is very bad 👎 not a single employment give response to low level worker.. And owner of munjal auto don't care about employees.. He just want that my company get more n more profit but he doesn't ever try to ask any work that how was company, are you comfortable in this company nothing.. Etc

There are lots of politics in this company employees of munjal auto not get any facilities treated as low level people.
