One should never ever work in Municipal Council, Mul as payment of salary to it's employee are done after two to three months after it's due date and there is little scope for career development. So it's my humble request not to join Municipal Council job in future.

I am working in nagar palika parishad jaswant nagar from last 5 years.I learnt many things from this department like how to deal with the customers directly or how to promote our self etc.

This department is not giving me insufficient salary according to my job experience and education and knowledge.

Good experience of customer,communication skill developed and enhance confidence of work at anywhere anything.

It's good when the people doing work as a govt. Salaried.but there is no security of job at outsourcing work.

I like because the environment here good and my staff members are always supporting me.the sanitation staff is good do a good job with me thats why i like to do work here.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics.if i have any kind of problem so they dont heard me.they do things his personal like any socitey issues so they dont talk with us.they tell our staff only they told us only that things to do..and we dont like this
