...ority alone subject to the policy of reservation at intake and promotions too. Teammates are courteous in general, salary is as per 6th pay commission, appraisal is for namesake as promotions are as per seniority, leave travel assistance is given once in two years, work place politics is at par with any corporate office, political interference is tremendous, learning opportunities are limited, innovations are seldom appreciated, work-life balance is one's own strategy. Overall a good organisation to do something good to the society but power to do the same are limited.

Dislikes

In one word, political interference and misuse of power by superiors pressure tactics are irking and detrimental to one's desire to deliver and do some good work for welfare of society.

...s located at Borivili. Being a Government Organization, hence full job security. Salary is based on the post held and every year increment is added in the salary. Travelling is only needed in mumbai regions as the organization itself is for mumbai city. The major learning part is, as efficiently the challenges are taken and hardship to perform our duties to our best and in the interest and satisfications of the Mumbai citizens. Recently latest technologies are introduced in the working of this organization. Working on fields is a good experience as we get to work in the different areas and loations in mumbai and also to handle different types of citizens from different parts of mumbai city. Overall working environment is very healthy and coperative by helping each other to gain knowelege and adopt the latest technologies.

Dislikes

Getting Promotion on the higher Ranks and Posts from the organization is very slow process and the Administrative part performed by the clerical departments is not good and very lithargic.
