...ur next organization and causes hindrance to all your forthcoming opportunities. No/littel hikes per year, no fixed time of salary date extend upto 20-25 of the month. Complete Team changes within 18 months. Please be more cautions about the job.

One Man Dictatorship !! whole company just dictated by single man ....there is lots of corruption ..headed by single man ...who will interfere in day to day work of every department !! If any thing goes against that man or his loved ones..then he will create such a situation ..which results in your termination...top management is just a puppet of that man...!! Never join this company ...otherwise you spoil your career !!

Work environment, Management Quality. Leadership management both are very poor. Partiality between employees. Company owner totally blind. Lots of politics inside the office. Team work zero. Best place for chaplus persons
