I strongly advise against considering this toxic company due to its apparent negative environment, below-market pay, and management issues. The CEO's self-characterization and the reported experiences of employees raise significant concerns. Joining such an organization could be detrimental to your well-being and professional growth. Most of the employees working there seem to be either psychologically unstable or traumatized, and the damage caused might require intensive care and mental support to recover from.

The company has a reputation in market. it used to have innovative ideas for growth but now with time those ideas have faded away

Dislikes

Employees are not competitive not collaborative and not willing to take new initiatives. The directions from top management as missing logic. Founders work on "gut feelings" and not on data. Nothing is data-driven in the company hence it becomes difficult to bring any impact to the company
