Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No room for growth for contractual employees. CORRUPTION of engineering department with contractors makes it hard to work honestly. Good development and tenders gets either stalled or fixed in the final draft which hurts the overall profitability of development works in the organisation. It's still surviving on liquid cargo, it needs to change

Mumbai Port Trust, is creating very good experience ground for fresh technical graduates.It has mechanical,electrical,electronics, heavy duty cranes,data centre,software development, very good computer netwrok around 15 km along, coastal areas,comprising cisco,jenifer network. Those who want to develop themselves on realtime field,should prefer this corporate sector
