Very friendly work environment. All the senior officers are very supportive. I leaned various things like customer relationship management, perfection, accounting, auditing, etc.

Some how salary was low.

I was in Gorai branch (28) as a student trainee, loved working here. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Specially, Manager Ashwin Hasbi Sir and Assistant Ankush Chorat Sir. I would love working here again. Thank you for the knowledge and the experience.

You cannot dislike about anything. Everything was A+ in Gorai branch

There I learn how to communicate with people which increase my confidence .The staff was very cooperative and taught me many things like how the real world works when you work somewhere

Nothing because at that time I felt like problems but they prepare me to face the world ,build confidence ,help me to know my inner potential

Working environment is pretty much comfortable and secured. I am glad that I have worked with mdcc and would like to work in future as well.
