I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. ...ally a girl then it's not a right place for you Increment/ growth is not good Salary they offer is also very less For staff there is not cultural activities, No functions No events no nothing not even a single picnic once in a year veryy boring The benefits that everyone likes is that they have a cafeteria where they serve food 3 times, tea & snacks 2 times for all the staff

Growth is very low.No work pressure .Manager doesn’t value the unique strength which is back my suggestion most of the time .i do receive appreciation emails from my clients . Some time I have experienced a very poor politics.
