Likes

Good for beginners because we get lots of learning opportunities here.

Dislikes

Senior HODs and management are too baised to selected people. Culture is not good. Job security is zero you can be fired any time. In the name of other facilities we got zero. HR very inco-orporative.

HR team is Helpful for any kind of problem.

Dislikes

Some Of Incharges did not know how to behave with juniors, they only want production from you nothing else. Cleanliness is Zero . As a Trainee you dont gain your knowledge just do production.

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
