The pressure here is unbearable. The people who work hard are burnt out, while the slackers seem to thrive.

Dislikes

Management is more concerned with their titles than their team’s well-being. My interactions with ENBD's staff were filled with negativity; they need a serious attitude adjustment. I’ve never seen such poor management in my life. Save yourself the headache! The lack of transparency from management creates an atmosphere of distrust.

Innovation is stifled; old ideas are repeated endlessly.

Dislikes

Disrespectful behavior is overlooked while genuine concerns are dismissed. I watched my colleague get promoted after cozying up to the VP. It’s embarrassing.

I feel trapped in my role, and HR won’t help me transition. Employees are just numbers here; there’s no personal touch.

Dislikes

The management’s priorities shift constantly; it’s impossible to keep up with their whims. They have a unique approach to leadership if you don’t fit their mold, expect a forced resignation. It’s a nightmare here. I had high hopes when I joined, but it quickly turned into a regrettable decision. The atmosphere is competitive, but not in a healthy way. Operations is a nightmare. Long shifts and no appreciation for your hard work make it unbearable. I feel cheated. I had the skills and experience, but the process clearly benefits those with connections.

Dislikes

Every time I come here, it feels like I'm wasting my time and energy. It’s disheartening to see talent wasted in such a dysfunctional environment. They prioritize results over employee well-being, which leads to burnout. There’s a blatant culture of racism in the workplace, where only certain employees benefit from promotions and bonuses. It feels like my skills are wasted in an IT-centric environment.
