Every time I ask about a raise or promotion, I’m met with vague answers. It’s incredibly frustrating. There’s a culture of blame instead of accountability.

It’s frustrating to see hard work go unrecognized. The workload is overwhelming, leading to constant stress. Management is constantly pulling people off projects, leaving the rest of the team scrambling to catch up.

I was excited about joining this company, but the unprofessional behavior from HR has made me question my decision. Promotions are few and far between, and favoritism is rampant. My boss regularly belittles team members, creating a hostile work environment.
