It’s a nightmare here. I had high hopes when I joined, but it quickly turned into a regrettable decision. The atmosphere is competitive, but not in a healthy way. Operations is a nightmare. Long shifts and no appreciation for your hard work make it unbearable. I feel cheated. I had the skills and experience, but the process clearly benefits those with connections.

Every time I come here, it feels like I'm wasting my time and energy. It’s disheartening to see talent wasted in such a dysfunctional environment. They prioritize results over employee well-being, which leads to burnout. There’s a blatant culture of racism in the workplace, where only certain employees benefit from promotions and bonuses. It feels like my skills are wasted in an IT-centric environment.

Team members frequently engage in gossip and mockery, which is incredibly demoralizing. There’s zero support for employee growth. Training and development are nonexistent. There’s a lack of transparency regarding company policies and decisions. I can’t believe how many responsibilities they pile on without proper training or support.

Managers here think belittling staff boosts productivity. It does the opposite.

It’s a place where good intentions lead to bad outcomes, and nobody takes responsibility. This company doesn’t know how to utilize its employees effectively. They market themselves as innovative, but they’re stuck in outdated practices.
