...client base. I handle all customised projects production of our furniture plant. Another plus point is that we have also fabrication cutting work and my colleagues also comes various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. We also like to work on skill development.

Dislikes

Compensation is recent but growth is very slow and job security policy e is very poor. The work pressure is is too much high. Sometimes I have to to work 20-22 hours straight in a day as I have to attend production related calls customer calls and purchase calls in the the evening and sometimes late into the night. The CEO do not value you and individuals unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. There is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

They pay good, salary arrives on time. Apart from this, i dont see any positives

Dislikes

1. No leave structure 2. Very strict attendance structure, designed in away that one can never get full salary 3. Molestation/ harrasment of girls at work is common 4. Terrible work culture

Poor salary, no growth, company won't endorse you as your employee, they will not give you any documents which will prove that you are company employee, This creates a lot of problem when you try join new çompany.

I was in general administration department my head was Arti Rathod Ma'am she is Assistant manager. She is very kind and supportive personality. And about company is very good, working culture is very nice.

Dislikes

General administration head is very cruel lady ,she gave me disclosure only because of my personal familiar reasons and according to her reference matters more than qualities and qualifications . It was my first job and my experience about my first job is very bad .

Its a part of multimetal kota. Company provides residence to live and travel charge my teammates are good . Its a great opportunity for me to work in this company's. My work in this company to test product in laboratory like as upma panjiri spices. There are many test which i do there like as moituture, protein, crued fiber, ash, AIA, Fat, nacl, calcium, glutin, etc.
