The growth is limited Workout life is not that balance

just for a moment but they are providing of workouts are good the format are good but not maintaining properly

I am working since 2 years but not a single type of increment in salary and always have to struggle with the salary and incentive to not a good management always have to struggle for a single things.. not a good person to handle who they sended recently..that person spoil the whole management always if you talked to management they guys ignored or not reply..

...ernationally, it gave you opportunity for growth and advancement in your career. The compensation I would say was mediocre, but the work hours were comfortable and flexible which was a big plus. Overall, it added to my experience and enhanced my skills.

Within a few months of joining, my job profile had been changed, which I was not comfortable with.

Team is always appreciated by there efforts always. Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

Hierarchy is not been followed. Work culture or ethics is not that much set. Lack of communication is very big issue we need to face always. Operation process need to be maintained.

Nothing there are no word to describe the dirty and ruthless management of multifit

The Management of the company has no business ethics and will put the employees in harms way and has no empathy nor a moral responsibility towards employees in difficult times they will do anything just to keep their money and company for themselves , any candidate planing to join the company please do a thorough check if its company owned or a franchise , i personally do not recommend to join in either of those
