Workng profile of an emplyee was not clear. Salary credited late. Employees was divided into team wise. Dirextors Team and old employees. Old employees have their own power to do back bitching specialily two ladies (Kirti Khurana and Shaili) Best part their so called director listen to them.

Nothing Good in company, very pathetic experience.

No Career growth, no increament person can join in high salary because after joining he has to forget any increament and company having no hiracy. No Career growth

There is no work to do. You can enjoy every time.

Demand the salary at the time of joining and enjoy lifetime at the same.... But MD will give you a feel that you are the second owner of the company. LOL

No direct responsibility but you will always be ready to take client call.

Dislikes

Management show that you are owner but all payment done by management with their own way. If anything stop or hold, client call to owner then he start blaming you that you are not capable to handle client. Poor client response by owner.
