Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

Workng profile of an emplyee was not clear. Salary credited late. Employees was divided into team wise. Dirextors Team and old employees. Old employees have their own power to do back bitching specialily two ladies (Kirti Khurana and Shaili) Best part their so called director listen to them.

No direct responsibility but you will always be ready to take client call.

Dislikes

Management show that you are owner but all payment done by management with their own way. If anything stop or hold, client call to owner then he start blaming you that you are not capable to handle client. Poor client response by owner.
