...ires The Employees On 11 Months Contract base and Relive them once work is Done.First 3 months 1/3 salary cut and 1 salary Cheque given by Employee for Security Deposit and its not Return by company for most of Employees.Company Sign indirect bond with Employee. If you join company Hr Also Ask you to give 30-60 days to leave this job.
