New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

Career growth is zero. Forget about increment and salary hikes, first you need to get salary on time. If you are young and looking for career growth don't even think about this company. The only reason i'm working for this company is for work experience, because i have good reference who asking for min experience.
