Management is Supportive. On time salary , 5th of every month. Sat, sun off , Monday to friday strict office time , May be flexible , depends on reporting manager. Work life balance is great. Sugg, If you are from calling profile, it will work out for you. Micro management of DATA. Rewards and recognitions Great Marketing team. Job security is good if you work and know to deal with management.

These things can be sorted easily, but no one thinks about making things right. Late Expense reimbursement. late Incentive , M+1. Jan Inc. in March Month Traditional way of doing things, no brainstorming, no new ideas . Senior management suggest ways that worked for them, but can't be used in current situations. Technical support and Internal communication at its worst R&D Doesn't even have idea about their own product spec's. Inexperienced team leads. Never promote Teamwork, IDK Why, everyone is individual contributor, even if Its ZM or RM.

Zero product quality Everything imported from China Poor management Dirty office Politics CXOs are in their own dream And specially so called our Sales Head (SVP 😂). I am damn sure she will not get any backend coordinator or any field executive level job in any reputed company, but such kind of person is leading the department here.. LOL God know how many months this organization will run.

Likes:- 😆 Guys Read Properly:- To join Mukunda Foods is my biggest mistake of my career. They are doing scam on the name of Indian Brand/Product. Everything is Chinees here even COO too Most immature CEO & COO I have ever seen. Sometime both behave and argue like kids. CXOs are enjoying on investor's money, least bothered about company's future. R&D team is here only for removing Chinees branding from products and design new Mukunda's stickers. And CTO is here only to monitor this activity. 😂 Never on time payments to vendor (Your image will be runed for sure). No Travel claims on time. Always blame game. If you are soft nature employee and not able to do buttering properly, then you will be first target. Here every work is happening on WhatsApp, I guess answerable in more than 50 groups. Most ridiculous thing is CEO and COO is participating in every group (Imagine in this scenario which clint will give any importance). If you miss any WhatsApp messages mean you are illegible for PIP. They hire people and never let them work independently, CXOs will always put their legs in your work. Guys Trust me, and never ever join this fraud company.

Mukunda first collects the information regarding the current CTC and Expected CTC from all the applicants. The one who expects less CTC will get hired. And all other applicants will get rejected in communication round. [Don't know what sort communication skills our Sales manager expects from a chef]. The selection criteria is simple just like buying vegetables from the local market bargain and get it at low cost or switch to the other seller in the market., but in here they switch to the other applicant and applicant who expects lesser CTC will get selected. so tip is to expect lesser CTC compared to other applicants. not even 10% hike from the current company. Thanks Mukunda
