i love the fact that i am a part of company, and my colleagues are very friendly and supportive, the our company based for entertainment, i would like to build my career in this sector, and also want to travel any other country as well.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times.

Very worst management and their skills and thinking, top to bottom all HOD and staffs very unprofessional. If you get offer don't accept it, this will distribute your career. Specially Regional Manager was carrying pathetic, egoistic behaviour.

Near to my home station,job security is very good and work culture good

One of my most dislike is my theater DM ,he is very bad behavior and bad words using with me and CSE's and 2nd shift times are very bad, 12hours duty at there... In the theater politics don't like this

It was an awesome and thankful for all the Directors because during the pandemic situation also they have given salaries to all the employees without any interruption and therefore we are very eagerly waiting to open the cinemas ASAP and all we work for more than what they expect. Big companies like Inox & PVR removed the employees in covid situation eventhan they have worked for more years and this was the best example Mukta is the Best forever

Teammates is very good there.salray are also good work environment is good training jobs security are good..mukta A2 Cinemas is great cinema it is a fastest growing cinema in India ....I enjoy my job work in mukta cinema ...
