Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Nothing worst work culture and management

Dislikes

They don't give gazetted holiday like 15th August, 26th January etc, people use abusive language and some time management people slap labour class work, they don't compensated paid leave and casual leave on final settlement ( they don't give any paid leave Sick leave etc), on paper salary ( in salary slip ) will credit in your account 6th to 8th every month but they give salary after 15th every month some time after 20th. They don't give money after final settlement they keep with them only.
