Compensation is average and it is a 6 day week job. No. of leaves are very limited and the management is not keen in letting people enjoy life. For eg. If there is a holiday on Monday which is a subsequent day to the weekly off on Sunday, management will keep that Sunday working in order to compensate for some other holiday (like ganesh festival holiday). This is very demotivating.

They have singal point information system which helps emloyee to grow faster. Still after transfer of management the company is suffering to establish as the new management have no trust on good employees though they are loyal to work and not on any management. Many loyal people till date feel the organazation as pativar.

This company one thing is do not like it .. incriminating is very poor, my i 4 year s job one time 750 incriminat.
