Working at Mufront Technology has been disappointing. There’s no job security, salaries are delayed, and the work culture is toxic. Favoritism and unethical behavior are common, making it hard to trust the management. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

A good place for skill development - the company invests in continuous and agile learning opportunities, empowering employees to grow both personally and professionally. The unique feature for me is a collection of handpicked books for self-development and technical-development. Other value adding highlights - Suggestions are considered, Decision making freedom, Less Micro-managing of teams.

Dislikes

Needs to take rapid charge on the improvement of Infrastructure, Teams and Digital footprint to showcase the expertise.

Initially i trust all the Employee but after some time they started flattering To all Managers and Director. They Gives False Feedback and unwanted Things to Director, some People are To much Flattering and Chu**ya like HR, Operation Head, Production Supervisor, And Most Imp. Service Team Manager. One has No Common Sense And Gives knowledge to Others.

Dislikes

There is A Lot of Scheming and heartlessness here and If your Colleagues becomes Friends they gets immediately Involved and Start Dirty Politics. And That HR Is the dirtiest Person , He has No Sense.

Chu company aahe. Bawlat management, third-class payment scale, salaries late, no appraisals. Sutlo ekdacha. They do "Fool & Finals" after resignation.

Everything. No lunch place, smelly washrooms, old laptops, cracked software
