The bank has all old people working for the past 25-35 years. The average salary hike is 6% p.a. There is no work life balance. One has to sit daily at nights to complete work. If you tell the same to the management or HR, they wont take any action on the same as they support and glorify this culture themselves.

1. The pay is way below the market 2. No scope for growth (at all) 3. No matter the designation (ex. Director grade) you will be an individual contributor

No learning Too much restructuring People with less experience are being hired in senior roles with higher package. Tenured employees with less salary are not promoted

For IT professional,Office located in Bangalore only. Should have more working locations like in Pune , Mumbai ,Gujrat and Delhi.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
