The bank is open to innovation and latest technology.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation and growth both are slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12- 13 hours. Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. I do receive appreciation from my customers but not from my managers, seniors etc. Also there is no on job training for freshers/ temporary staff as when i joined I didn't get any training as I was also a temporary staff over there. There is no growth for temporary staff . One more thing there is a lot of differences between temporary and permanent staff over there as they treat very badly to temporary staff..

There is job security and salary comes on time.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

The bank has all old people working for the past 25-35 years. The average salary hike is 6% p.a. There is no work life balance. One has to sit daily at nights to complete work. If you tell the same to the management or HR, they wont take any action on the same as they support and glorify this culture themselves.
