So many reason to dislike... As a procurement officer don't join this company.. Aapne itni politics kisi bhi company me dekhi nahi hogi, aaj aapka aacha kaam hai next day hi terminate kar diye jaaoge, offer latter ke naam pe agreement paper milega mail me aapko aur termination ka reason puchoge to ye bolenge aapka agreement hum khatam kar rahe hai aur galat reason de kar aapko terminate kar diya jaayega.. So join karne ke pahele apna proper offer latter maang le, well koi Future nhi hai company me aap maximum 1 month bhi muskil se kaam kar paaoge yaha. Ye sochte hai 1500 Rs me aap pure month tak pure city me travel kar loge, travelling expenses ke naam pe bhi aapke salary se hi paisa jaayega..

The company has employees who are unclear about their roles and responsibilities, leading to confusion in teamwork. The second MD seems to lack clarity in his hiring decisions, often leaving everyone questioning the basis of recruitment. An old lady in HR behaves unprofessionally, dominating new HR recruits and making their work life unnecessarily difficult. Her behavior resembles more of a dictator than a mentor. The financial team is excellent and supportive, but the logistics head lacks competence and fails to guide the team effectively. While the plant staff is generally humble and cooperative, a few individuals focus solely on their personal benefits rather than contributing to the team’s overall success

Nothing from 2019- 2023 but in 2024 I like the most....

In 2024 new management trying to grow buisness but some of immature , people are the major barrier for this ( to halt business growth) , whose making management fool.......... 100% Management excluding director, sales, and logistics...all other are worthless and don't have any kind of knowledge.
