It's just that your salary will be credited on the last working day of the month.. and the learning curve is a steep increase..

No peace... No work life balance.. at times people say you shouldn't smile here... Very toxic work culture is being followed..

Poor work culture, no WLB, poor salary, poor management, low quality projects in most of the accounts, no job security, unnecessary additional work having no future utilization

...oiners. And fire innocents, you cannot break the bond of 5 years but "THEY CAN". They are not going to pay you any sort of bonus.
