The work culture really nice. HRs are supportive and so are the employees around. Loved the work environment. Anjali and Jyoti have been a shoulder to rely upon. Trisha made the onboarding so easy.

1)The whole management is humiliative. They will humiliate you from whom you need to stay away. 2) They will give according to not giving increment. Also you have to work whole night and day , whatever happens to you nothing matters. 3) No discussion to increase skills, they only make fun, jokes and all.

Likes

The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career. Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable payout as compared to other peers.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is not up to the mark for a couple of projects. A more streamlined approach to addressing workflow challenges would contribute to smoother operations.

I don't see most of the fun activities to refresh employees. I prefer employees concerns are more important for further development. Not hearing employees concerns.
