You will get comp off only if you work on saturday Made good friends.

Dislikes

1)The whole management is humiliative. They will humiliate you from whom you need to stay away. 2) They will give according to not giving increment. Also you have to work whole night and day , whatever happens to you nothing matters. 3) No discussion to increase skills, they only make fun, jokes and all.

The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career. Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable payout as compared to other peers.
