Lack of transparency from the management, job security is poor working under one person of CESL/Evolution division. Too much mental torture and baseless reports making without focussing on how to convert the sale or implementation of proper services at the time of need.

...S entries, Bank reconciliation, Debtors reconciliation, Suspense Entries in ERP. Also they are offering less salary and the salary is very late. Any other benefits are not there.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, valuations are fair and they give good salary increment and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. New employees are not given training on the job.

Company is good but management should be improve itself. Working culture was good and working people also good in term of behavior . I already worked there more 2 years .

Totally role was explained.Targets set.Best product training given.Consumed more at recovery got success.But miserably failed at sales.All are cordial.Derived a best sales sector.So happy.

Best job security,salary.Less team work.Innovative products.If few months extra survived ,best ROI shown.
