Because of lots of politics in company juniors talent is not count at all . Culture is jst like Indian politics upper level leaders are together take hike at the end of the year but juniors are fighting in instruction of there leaders .

Each every department contribute their whenever a Six Sigma activity going to happen, As CMR-Business Excellence heading MR & Continuous improvement projects for all 3 manufacturing sites I must say the culture is very good & healthy

Nothing to dislike, family culture is there CEO is young age guy who looks in each activity closely & always motivate & recognise for good work

During the lockdown, the company cut our salaries up to when we did not receive a call of rejoining. and its also cut our increment of the whole working year
