Workload! Spent countless sleepless nights. Unreasonable project deadlines. Sub par pay. Sheer lack of leadership insight and vision. Abysmal HR practices and policies. No structured appraisal process. Racist American management!

I'm really happy to be a part of MSXI. We are doing business across globally around 80 countries and here I like the company culture and compensation and benefits. and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Everything is good, nothing is there to tell like disadvantages but only one thing is there is no adequate training ...

They are highly cooperative, , work culture is good, Management is highly organised and Employees feedbacks does matter a lot to them. They believe in team work. overall Great Work Experience.

They should have more offices in Delhi or gurgaon.

It has good freelance projects for automotive sector.

Project coordination vouke have been better. Haven't heard from remember since project completed,so I have to look somewhere else for another project.

Laying off good employees who have supported the organization during difficult and demanding times. New MGT. New leaders spoiling the legacy created by the founders and previous MGT.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Employees are pushed o work late hours and work on weekends. If you say no, you get in the bad books of yor manager.
