The management was not at all supportive, they have taken the easiest option to go for layoffs and salary cut, they didn't even think for the employees during covid-19, they don't bother about their employees (Life/ family), they have treated employees as an online product and used them as a trial, they will offer you good package but there was no stability, at any point of time you may receive a call / email from hr for termination of appointment, there was a one man show, your job depends on few people, if you have Amul butter in your pocket then probably you may survive for few more days but ultimately the result will remain same. So think twice before you switch to get into this unhealthy atmosphere 🤝🤝

company data base pe kaam krti karwati he company crm team rakhi thi jo ki inactive marchant base data pe work karwati thi jisse jo v marchant inactive rahte the unpe visite hota tha or marchant ka koi v issue hota tha use solve kar ke marchant ko active karwa diya jata tha👍

Not at all they cut off the employess salary they were transfering employess to one department to another with out on paper. Not even provided sanitizer or mask to the merchants. As because of merchants only this company is runing
