@ :FIRST OF ALL THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF TRANINGS. @: SECOND THEIR IS A ISSUE OF SALARY HOLD IF THE TARGET IS NOT ACHIEVED, @: RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COMPANY IS NOT GIVEN PROPERLY BY THE SENIORS @: DONT GET SUPPORT FROM THE UPPER LEVEL REGARDING THE PRODUCT IF ANY PROBLEMS OCCUR. @: OPPERATIONS AND BACKEND DONT OPERATE WHEN NEEDED, EVEN THEY DONT RESPONSE SOME TIME. @: SERVICE PROVIDED DONT DO THEIR WORK ON TIME, ASO HAVE TO ASKED THEM TO COMPLETE THEIR WORK EVERYTIME. @: MOST IMPORTANTLY NO SUPPORT FROM THE UPPER LEVEL AT ALL DUIRNG ANY KIND OF INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, THEY ARE NOT INFORMED IF ANY KIND OF CHANGES HAPPEN IS THE COMPANY, UPPER LEVEL DONT LOOKS OVER ANY ISSUES OF THE ASO. IN THE NORTHEAST REGION NO EMPLOYEE IS PROVIDED ANY KIND OF HELP AND SUPPORT VERY POOR SITUATION OF THE EMPLOY AND THEY USED TO HOLD SALARY WITHOUT ANY WARNING.

Not at all they cut off the employess salary they were transfering employess to one department to another with out on paper. Not even provided sanitizer or mask to the merchants. As because of merchants only this company is runing

Learned new things.Some of the mentors are really helpful and polite.One should apply who likes challenges. But I'll request.Good or bad experience it never goes waste. Remember u always learn something new.

To hectic schedule with low salary. Sometimes they ask u to work more than 9 hours for which they don't pay u extra. No fixed time for lunch, one can compromise on money but not on health.One with highest qualification plz don't aaply here. U deserve something better.
