There is no dislikes but I will must tell salary and holidays are not too good talking about salary it just like hand to mouth and if any kind of emergency arrived we can't take off because no work no pay is the main point for us... thank you

Company goal oriented . Good incentives. Continuous improvement on company goal and productivity. Regular followups and meetings for improvement of company.

Dislikes

Company growth oriented only. Company doesn't care about staff satisfaction level. Less opportunity for fresher's and low division staffs. Less increment . No working culture. Polution control less. Only priority given to special employees.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
