Stupid management, which always runs with internal politics. No job security; anytime you may receive a call of termination without a valid reason. Management completely relies on a few senior employees who have been established for long years, and if you will to do something for the company's betterment and growth, the black sheeps will start internal politics to target you, so that they can show themselves clean. Unfortunately, the management also follows the same. Even don't have the minimum common sense to cross-verify instead of blindly believing the black sheeps. Don't waste your valuable time with this company.
