If any family problems managers and HR department are not support to employee for leaves and rudely tells him to RESIGN. My manager and HR department told to me give RESIGNATION ,for this reason that's why I am RESIGNING here.

Horrible culture, Horrible Safety culture, Rude behavior, More salary deductions, Poor facilities. Don't had any other opportunity go with this company.

...yees working in production area due to which there is problem during audits. 12. Deductions are more compared to other companies and not reflected in pay slip when compared with anual TCC. 13. Less manpower in safety department to monitor the safety precautions in plant premises. 14. 14. There is recognizantion and least benefits for long service people worked for organization. 15. There is no proper support from superiors for leaves. 16. No refreshment programs for employees with families compared to other companies. 17. No compensatory leaves for employees who work for regulatory audits. 18. No proper support for employees who works late hours for audits on command from superiors like food and transport. 19. No proper evaluation and planning of man power in the areas. Suggestions: 1. Place one CC Camera in security room & canteen area where employees are storing mobile phones. Since most of the people faced the problem for thefting of phones and no HR or security persons are bothered and clearly saying there are not responsible. If it is the case kindly remove the mobile lockers and tell the employees to not bring the mobiles to the company. 2. No proper housekeeping persons in technical area, due to which technical non staff persons are cleaning the areas rather supporting the employees during regular operations / breakdowns.

Teammates are not supportive but management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bind of 3 years before which you cannot resign. Trainings are not givens to new joiners and employees also.
