If you want to work here as a contractual basis move from the company within 3 years.getting regular(permanent employee) is difficult for mechanical and electrical employees.and permanent position is not available here apart from mechanical and electrical position.

Now as I am doing my internship , l am getting a stipend of Rs 15500/. I want to improve my salary. l am very much happy to work there. My seniors are very cooperative and helpful. I think I am very lucky to get a job there. I learned so much from there. I thank God for everything.

Nothing, I am enjoying my duty there. I love my office atmosphere and my colleague. I got an excellent experience from there.

Work load is fine but salary is not paid timely. Always there is delay in paying salary.and delay can go up to 4 months.

Salary and benefits are paid timely. Though organisation is a central govt autonomous body, but they sometimes make their own rules and regulations when it comes to pay any benefit to their employees.

Equality is not applicable to all category of employees. They treat contractual employees as miscalenous staff while permanet , RR Employess are as employee.
