...is one of the fastest growing companies inspite of COVID and market crash never had a downturn once , pay is excellent and bonus is decent as with good job security for freshers

I love walking with MS Sai it's a good start for me to my life and I have many personal space have lots of time I can do whatever I could do like I have my time for myself and I have my work and my life both are balancing and it help me a lot and I love to be here and many more years to go here thank you

As if now I don't see any dislikes but there are some circumstances where I would say it needs to be changed I mean not change exactly but at least implement about leaves more leaves and allowances night shift allowances so that would be great if you would change that from my side.

I found the company's approach to hiring and onboarding candidates with a lack of zero transparency, misleading communication, and an overall disappointing experience. I urge future candidates to ensure they have all the information before committing to this company. pls check the past employee reviews. Be aware of the nature of the role offered. Heads-up. The agents on the floor are taking back-to-back 90-120 calls, and they also have to pitch for sales, also monitoring hourly calls report to meet hours calls target, which makes it even more hectic. The infrastructure isn't great either—they only have one restroom for the entire floor, which is tough to manage. Plus, the training they provide isn't up to standard. You also get to experience here: *Micromanaging *Playing Favoritism *Setting very High Expectations from the zero days *Changing goals without prior intimation *Refusing to Delegate If you're considering joining for Customer Support, My humble appeal requesting future candidates pls avoide this place. You might regret it later. Be careful!
